Qualified employees can now take advantage of the premier employee purchase program - Purchasing Power! Discover a budget-friendly purchase program that Disney has negotiated exclusively for its employees and Cast Members. This voluntary benefit is not available to the general public.
 

Purchasing Power offers budget-conscious individuals an affordable and responsible way to buy brand-name computers, electronics, appliances, fitness products and more through the ease of payroll deduction. We feature the latest technology from the brands you want, including Apple, Samsung, Dell, HP, Toshiba and others.
 

Purchasing Power products feature an all-inclusive price, which includes taxes, warranties and delivery. You’ll know the total price up front, and the cost is divided into manageable payments that are deducted from your paycheck over a 12-month period. There’s no ballooning interest, no risk of late fees and no credit check required.

  • What is the Purchasing Power Program?

    The Purchasing Power program is the industry-leading employee purchase program that provides employees with a convenient and responsible way to buy products and services through automated payroll deductions.
     

    Purchasing Power allows employees to purchase and pay for large ticket brand-name items such as computers, electronics, furniture, appliances, vacation packages and online education services using a convenient payroll deduction payment plan spread over time. It means payments are interest-free and easy to budget so you won’t risk missing a payment and incurring late fees. When you want the option to pay for your purchase over time, Purchasing Power can help you get what you need and get it when you need it.

  • How much can I save?

    The Purchasing Power Program is not a discount program, but when you don’t want to pay the entire cost up front, this is a great way to buy major personal and home items, and Purchasing Power makes it easy, from qualifying to delivery.
  • How does the Purchasing Power Program add value for me?

    • Convenient and manageable payments through payroll deduction within 12 months, which makes it easier to budget and you won’t risk missing a payment – so no late fees.

  • Why do I have to register when I visit the Purchasing Power website?

    To provide secure access to make purchases through payroll deduction, Purchasing Power requests that employees register on its website.
  • Are all Disney employees and Cast Members eligible?

    You will be eligible to purchase if your annual Disney compensation is at least $16,000 and you have been an active employee for at least 12 months.
  • How do I find out what products are available and their cost?

    Select the “Click Here” button. You will be redirected to Purchasing Power’s website. If you are a first-time visitor of the site, click on “Sign Up”. You will need to provide an email address, create a password and enter your employer information and how often you get paid to view your company’s website and per pay period prices.
  • Where does the prepopulated information come from?

    Disney provides the prepopulated information so we can verify eligibility.
  • What happens if I am on an approved Leave of Absence?

    If you miss three payroll deductions due to an approved unpaid Leave of Absence, you will make payments via the provided bank account / credit card over the remainder of the re-payment period.
  • What happens if my employment status changes?

    If you are having payments deducted through payroll deduction and your employment status changes, Purchasing Power will be notified, so that they can establish an alternative method of payment, if needed.

     

  • What happens if my employment terminates?

    When you leave or retire from Disney, you can continue to make payments via the provided bank account / credit card over the remainder of the repayment period.
  • What should I do if I want to return an item?

    Log-in to your Purchasing Power account and click on the My Account page. Identify which order you would like to return and follow the simple process. For freight items, please contact customer service or click here for additional help.
